Recipe of cherry cake



Ingredients:

– 2 cups flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1-1/2 cups milk
– 1 can (14 oz) cherries, undrained

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Add egg, oil, and milk and mix well. Stir in cherries.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cakes in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove cakes from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
